Variation A – No Weight Lying Down Tricep Extensions
- Do a set of lying down tricep extensions as shown in the video for 15 reps but don’t use any weight, just do the motions with your arms.
- Rest for 30 seconds.
- Do a second set of lying down tricep extensions for 15 reps with no weights.
- Rest for 30 seconds.
- Do a third set of lying down tricep extensions for 15reps with no weights.
Variation B – Light Weight, Fast Paced Lying Down Tricep Extensions
- Choose a set of dumbbells that you can do 15 reps of lying down tricep extensions with.
- Do a set of lying down tricep extensions as shown in the video for 15 reps but increase the pace so that you are doing the lying down tricep extensions as fast as you can.
- Rest for 30 seconds.
- Do a second set of lying down tricep extensions as fast as you can for 15 reps.
- Rest for 30 seconds.
- Do a third set of lying down tricep extensions as fast as you can for 15 reps.
Variation C – Medium Weight Lying Down Tricep Extensions
- Choose a set of dumbbells that you can do 10 reps of lying down tricep extensions with.
- Do a set of lying down tricep extensions as shown in the video for 10 reps.
- Rest for 60 seconds.
- Do a second set of lying down tricep extensions for 10 reps.
- Rest for 60 seconds.
- Do a third set of lying down tricep extensions for 10 reps.
